1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and np77 ("np77," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at np77.one (the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the np77 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the np77 Platform.

np77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to the np77 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. It is a criminal offense under Philippine law for any person under 21 to engage in gambling activities.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The np77 Platform is operated under PAGCOR authorization and is intended for use by eligible players located in the Philippines. Access may be restricted in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or where np77 does not hold a valid operating license. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction at the time of access.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To create an np77 Account, you must provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any information changes.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the np77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. np77 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a duplicate account violation and to void any balances, bonuses, or pending transactions held within those accounts.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, np77 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify your identity. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Acceptable documents include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, LTO driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, postal ID, and voter's ID. Additional documentation may be required at np77's discretion in accordance with anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your np77 Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify np77 of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting support via the live chat function on np77.one.

np77 will never request your password through any communication channel including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from np77 and requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to np77 support immediately.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. np77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on np77 is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). np77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, and Metrobank bank transfer. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. np77 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties.

Deposits are credited to your np77 wallet in Philippine Pesos. np77 does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees outside of np77's control.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in your name and that have been previously used for deposits, or to a bank account or e-wallet verified as belonging to you during the KYC process. np77 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment methods under any circumstances.

Withdrawals will only be processed after successful completion of KYC verification. np77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where it deems such documentation necessary for compliance purposes.

5.3 Processing Times

• GCash withdrawals: approximately 10–30 minutes for verified accounts during operating hours.
• PayMaya withdrawals: approximately 15–30 minutes for verified accounts during operating hours.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfers: same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on a banking business day.
• Processing times may be extended in cases requiring additional compliance review or during periods of high withdrawal volume.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the np77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱). np77 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by np77 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms set out in this section apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Bonus funds are held separately from your Real Money Balance in your Bonus Balance. Unless specific promotion terms state otherwise, Real Money Balance is used first when placing wagers, with Bonus Balance used thereafter.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements indicate the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

np77 reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in good-faith play, providing false information to qualify for a promotion, and colluding with other players for the purpose of accumulating bonus funds.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses are valid for a specified period following crediting. Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the applicable validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically without further notice.

7 Game Play Rules

Each game available on the np77 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules provide specific provisions for that game that are not addressed by these Terms.

np77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all software-based casino games. RNG certification means that game outcomes are statistically independent and unpredictable, and not influenced by prior results, player bet size, or any other external factor. Live casino games use physical cards, dice, or roulette wheels operated by human dealers under certification standards compliant with PAGCOR requirements.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or other technical error that affects the outcome or settlement of a wager, np77 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the original stake to the Player's account. np77 shall have no further obligation to the Player in respect of a voided wager beyond the return of the original stake amount.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to placing any wager. np77 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for any game or for any individual Player account at its sole discretion.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the np77 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, voiding of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the np77 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, vulnerabilities, or malfunctions in any np77 game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of deposits after receiving corresponding services or winnings.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing np77 staff or other platform users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

np77 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment for all Filipino players. Gambling on np77 is intended to be an entertaining experience. np77 strongly encourages all Players to set personal gambling limits and to play within their means.

9.1 Self-Exclusion

Players may request self-exclusion from the np77 Platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through the Responsible Gaming section of Account Settings or by contacting np77 support directly. Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be reversed or shortened during the specified period.

9.2 Player-Controlled Limits

Players may set the following limits directly through their np77 Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited. Limits take effect immediately and require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Loss Limits: Session or daily caps on net gambling losses. When the limit is reached, further wagering is paused until the next session or day.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts after a configurable duration of continuous play time.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen pop-ups displaying session duration and net balance change.

9.3 Problem Gambling Support

If you believe that gambling is negatively affecting your life, your finances, or your relationships, np77 encourages you to seek help. The PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Hotline provides free, confidential support for problem gambling in the Philippines. np77's support team can also assist with activating protective account controls without judgment or delay.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the np77 Platform, including but not limited to the np77 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and underlying technology infrastructure, is the exclusive property of np77 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the np77 Platform.

Any unauthorized use of np77's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, np77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, even if np77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

np77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their np77 Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

np77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or without interruption. Planned maintenance, unexpected technical issues, telecommunications failures, or other factors beyond np77's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. np77 will not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions provided it takes commercially reasonable steps to restore service in a timely manner.

Gambling involves financial risk and by definition results in losses for some Players. np77 is not responsible for the financial consequences of a Player's gambling decisions. Players assume full responsibility for all wagers placed using their Account credentials.

12 Suspension & Termination

np77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time for any of the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Detection of prohibited activities as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.
• A Player's voluntary request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for breach, np77 may void any bonus balances and pending promotional credits. Real Money Balances in closed accounts will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and applicable Philippine law.

A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting np77 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance subject to no outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and np77, you agree to first contact np77's customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. The majority of account queries and complaints can be resolved within 24 to 48 hours through np77's direct support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through np77 support, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint and dispute resolution process. np77 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.

Any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

np77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, np77 will provide reasonable notice to Players via email to the registered account address, via an in-Platform notification, or by posting a prominent notice on np77.one prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the np77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at np77.one/terms-conditions and will display the date on which the Terms were last updated.
